Rally-O Class

The dog/handler team is required to complete a course made up of anywhere between 10 and 20 signs. Each sign asks for a different exercise to be performed.

The course is designed to showcase the team’s ability to work together while maintaining a good heel position with a variety of directional changes, changes of pace and position, waits, weaving, jumps, distractions and send-aways.

This sport offers multiple levels starting in Novice and progressing to Excellence.

Qualifying certificates are required in each level to progress to the next level and gain a title.

Mental stimulation, physical conditioning, impulse control, bond building between dog and handler, quick responses and focus are all benefits Rally-O provides.

Requirements:

There is no restriction on breed, size, age or abilities of the dog, however, passing a Basic Skills course is required.
